We are in the polar vortex. 5 inches out there this morning and temperatures dropping…
But I’m in my room with my warmie Bigfoot. This thing… I love him! Toss him in the microwave for 2 rounds of 60 seconds and put him on what hurts.
I have the respiratory flu 🤒
And now an earache.
I warmed my warmie spritzed him with water for a moist heat and put him on the side of my head and neck. It really helped my ear.
And how did I get struck down with this?
By this little snow bunny 😊
Who has given granny one too many slobbery kisses and who had a terrible earache this week too. ❤️God bless her little heart…
Now back to bed….

Feel better.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better soon. Good thing for Bigfoot. Who knew he could be so helpful?
ReplyDeleteHope you're better soon. Those slobbery kisses are hard to resist!
ReplyDeleteHopefully you both feel better soon. They do tend to share, LOL!
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon! Your lil Bigfoot is darling, and sweet Cora is a doll. I have always lived in a place without snow, but I sure love seeing it. I have visited the midwest in the winter, and I know it can be intense!
ReplyDeleteI hope Cora is enjoying the snow. Looks pretty, but I will pass. I hope you feel better soon
ReplyDeleteGet well soon!
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to hear you're feeling better and the pain is finally beginning to subside. I'm not happy to hear Miss Cora infected you with a bug! The little boogers are petri dishes. Every time I was around my grandkids when they were that age they were sick and sure enough it knocked me out. No more booger kisses from Miss Cora. Just kidding I would let her booger kiss me. Lots of Love from MA.
ReplyDeleteOh my, I love your warmie and hope he helps. Feel better soon. You have a lot more snow than we have had so far. And sweet Miss Cora is ready for the snow.
ReplyDeleteYep--our grandchildren are little bug carriers for sure. Every time I'm around one of my grandsons, I get sick. This last thing lasted an entire month and I'm just now feeling like myself again. Hope you feel better very soon!
ReplyDeleteSending prayers your way for a quick recovery. ((hugs)).
ReplyDeleteYour warmie is adorable and I am glad he is providing you with some relief, Vonna. Your snow bunny sure is adorable. Stay warm and I hope you are feeling much better soon. xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon ❤️ I love your warmie! Our daughter will be getting the owl warmie for Christmas! I have a lavender Lou myself 🤗 I hope we get snow this winter...we only got a few flurries the other day .
ReplyDeleteHello Vonna! 👋🏻. I am so happy that I stumbled upon your blog. You have been in my thoughts a lot recently, knowing you had probably had your hip surgery. I am glad to read that your recovery is moving along! But sorry you caught the wee
